Returns

At OluxBracelet.com, we are truly proud of our products and hope you are entirely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item unused and in its original condition. Please include all original items in the packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be communicated via email to oluxbracelet@gmail.com.

The cost of the return shipping must be paid by you. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely; if an item is not packaged securely and arrives damaged, we cannot offer a refund. All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining your proof of postage. Please also note that we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Remember to include your name and order number inside the package for reference.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Cancel or Edit Your Order

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so we typically cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us immediately using the subject “cancel” along with your order details.
